EASY RETURN & EXCHANGES PROCESS

At Luxesway, we want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items, such as final sale or custom products, are not eligible for returns. (You can list any exclusions here, like intimate apparel, perishable goods, etc.)
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at luxesway10@gmail.com or via our contact page to start the return or exchange process.
  2. Prepare the Package: Package the item securely, including all original tags and packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Wait for Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return policy conditions, we’ll issue a refund or process an exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If your return is approved but you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll send you the replacement item as soon as the return is processed.

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we’ll send you the new item once we’ve received the returned item.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we will notify you and offer you a store credit or a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no extra charge.
