They are very comfortable but tight enough to not fall down when running. I’m 5’1 and 140 pounds. I got a small when i’m usually a medium to have a tight fit.

I liked them to fit well, they are high strips, I thought they would be low strips, but they are short. I'm 1.60 tall and they fit right in my ankle.
